It benefits anyone wanting to influence organisational culture change, public policy, law reform, service design, systems and social change.

The full program runs as four modules: Me, Us, Team, Community. The format can be adapted to your needs, from a half-day to the full four-day program.
The leadership program provides foundational insights and strategies for being an emotionally healthy leader who empowers others.
Participants gain an understanding of emotional health levels, and identify their own stress points and paths for better emotional health.
Using the Enneagram personality system participants learn the nine personality types. They gain insights into themselves and others and how to better communicate. They work out their own leadership style and explore adaptive leadership challenges.
The course runs as a half-day introduction and a full-day course. It can be tailored to the needs of your team.
