You’ll have a good picture of the future you want to create, the challenges you need to overcome, and some practical action you can take to achieve your goals.

The Strategic Planning and Culture workshops are for workplace and organisation-based teams, including boards and committees. Recommended timeframe is one to two days. Longer strategy and culture change programs can be developed.
Madfinch Consulting’s Changemaker Training program is for anyone who wants to make the future better than the past. It is an awareness-based collective action approach that helps participants see their own power to make change.
You will gain insights into your own personality through the Enneagram. You learn what makes others tick and how to use your power to influence decision-makers. You get an understanding of how to exercise your collective power by organising groups, and motivating and inspiring people to join your cause.
Changemaker Training is for people who want to make change in their community or organisation, including public policy, law reform, service design, systems and social change. The full program runs as two lots of two-day workshops in four modules: Me, Us, Team, Community. It can be adapted for whatever you need.
*Emerging Voices is a community action model developed with TasCOSS specifically for the community sector. It focuses on citizen-led, community-level and social change using lobbying, advocacy and campaigning.

Unlocking Potential workshops are for teams and organisations that may be a bit stuck and need to shift gear to make the most of opportunities. Recommended timeframe is one to two days. Longer culture change programs can be developed.
